Important Participant Guideline To honor the integrity and depth of the silent retreat experience, all participants are required to attend as individuals. Participants may not register for or attend the same retreat with friends, family members, partners, or anyone they know personally. Sharing the retreat with someone you know can unintentionally disrupt the sense of solitude and inward exploration that are essential to this practice. By registering, you agree to respect this guideline and attend independently. Thank you for helping preserve the container of silence and reflection for all participants. Additional Information Admission to retreats is by registration and approval. Because spaces are limited and retreats are offered at reduced cost, participation may be limited in frequency, and returning attendance is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a registration at our discretion in order to protect the integrity, safety, and balance of the retreat environment. Would you be interested in participating in an optional walking meditation in the river?	Yes - I would love to! Maybe - I would like more information. No - I would prefer to remain on land. If weather conditions allow, participants may choose to join an optional walking meditation in the shallow river. Access to the river involves an approximately 6-minute walk over uneven terrain, including stairs and several large rocks. Please consider your comfort level and mobility needs
