My Grown-Up & Me Yoga

A playful yoga experience designed for children and their favorite grown-ups! Together, you’ll move, stretch, breathe, laugh, and connect through simple yoga poses, partner activities, mindfulness, and fun games. No yoga experience needed—just come ready to slow down, play, and enjoy some quality time together.

All ages and abilities welcome. Bring your little one, your grown-up, and your sense of play!
