Dockside Yoga: Body of Water | July 22 - 6:00pm
Package Dates
An elegant practice of deep, simple stretches, conscious breathing, and quiet immersion in the living landscape.
Six guests gather on the dock overlooking the Blanco River, each with a wide, thoughtfully prepared practice space. Everything is ready when you arrive—comfortable mats, bolsters, blankets, and room to settle in.
The practice favors depth over complexity. Most of the evening is spent lying down or seated, exploring long-held stretches with minimal, thoughtful guidance. There is nowhere to get to, nothing to accomplish, and no pose to perfect. Just your body, your breath, and the living world around you.
As the sun slips below the trees, movement gradually gives way to stillness.
The final twenty minutes become a live symphonic sound bath as the colors of sunset fade into twilight. Wind moves through the trees. Birds give way to frogs and crickets. The river flows beside you, beneath you, and through you. The boundary between your body and the landscape begins to feel a little less defined.
Limited to six guests to preserve quiet, comfort, and an intimate experience.
