Tai Chi & Qigong -Led by Brenda Bell, a ninth-degree black belt, this class offers a gentle introduction to moving with steadiness, awareness, and ease. Through slow, deliberate forms drawn from Tai Chi and Qigong, attention is brought into the body, the breath, and the subtle experience of each moment.

The practice emphasizes balance, flow, posture, and presence rather than performance, making it accessible to every level of experience.
